🎯 About the Role

• Manage daily accounting operations & manufacturing costing
• Oversee financial reporting, MIS & compliance
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and taxation handling
• Coordinate with internal teams & external stakeholders
• Ensure cost visibility and timely financial reporting

📌 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain books using Zoho Books / accounting systems
• Record purchases, expenses, job costs & allocations
• Perform bank, vendor & inter-company reconciliations

2️⃣ Costing & Inventory

• Handle batch-wise costing for manufacturing
• Track inventory, WIP, yield & process losses
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation

3️⃣ MIS & Reporting

• Prepare financial statements & summaries
• Analyze data for management decision-making
• Ensure timely reporting to stakeholders

4️⃣ Taxation & Compliance

• Manage VAT, income tax & statutory compliance
• Prepare filings, schedules & audit support

5️⃣ Financial Closing

• Handle monthly & annual closing processes
• Ensure reconciliations, provisions & adjustments
• Coordinate with auditors for smooth finalization

6️⃣ Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with operations, stores & external partners
• Act as key contact for financial matters

🎓 Qualifications

• CA Corporate Level / MBA (Finance) 🎓
• Around 5 years experience in manufacturing/accounting

💡 Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & manufacturing costing
• Experience with Tally or similar accounting software
• Knowledge of VAT & income tax compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
• Strong analytical & data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• High attention to detail & documentation discipline
