🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance systems & procedures
• Ensure compliance with:
  • FSSC 22000
  • HACCP
  • ISO 9001 standards
• Monitor production processes for food safety compliance
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks
• Lead internal & external audits and close non-conformities
• Maintain proper QA documentation & reporting
• Coordinate with production teams for continuous improvement
• Train staff on quality standards & hygiene practices
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
• Supervise the QA team

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Food Science & Nutrition
  • Food Technology
  • Biotechnology
  • Agricultural Business / Animal Science
  • Or related field

💡 Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing/QA
• Strong knowledge of:
  • HACCP
  • GMP
  • FSSC 22000
• Experience in audits & regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, leadership & problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
