🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production targets
• Supervise and coordinate processing plant activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies & quality standards
• Maintain stock accuracy and inventory control
• Conduct inspections for hygiene, sanitation & compliance
• Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
• Guide and motivate staff to improve productivity & efficiency

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Food Science & Nutrition
  • Food Technology
  • Biotechnology
  • Agricultural / Animal Science
  • Or related field

💡 Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in manufacturing
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment 🤝
• Experience in processing units or night shifts (added advantage)

📌 Preferred Age: 25–35 years
📌 Male candidates preferred
