Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Sound knowledge of preventive and planned vehicle maintenance.
• Experience coordinating vehicle revenue license renewals and insurance claims.
• Ability to maintain accurate vehicle service documentation and maintenance records.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Repairing and maintaining manual and automatic vehicles, petrol and diesel vehicles, motorcycles, lorries, and prime movers.
• Implementing preventive and planned maintenance programs for the company fleet.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate service histories and maintenance records for all vehicles.
• Coordinating vehicle revenue license renewals and related documentation.
• Liaising with insurance companies and the administration division regarding vehicle accidents and insurance claims.
• Ensuring all vehicles remain roadworthy and comply with company maintenance standards.
• Supporting continuous improvements in fleet maintenance operations.
