Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve the branch’s strategic objectives.
• Manage and maintain the assigned business portfolio while maximizing branch profitability.
• Maintain a healthy portfolio by achieving agreed Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratios and provisioning targets.
• Lead, supervise, and control overall branch operations to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to strengthen the company’s reputation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in the banking or finance industry.
• Professional or academic qualification in Marketing from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing close to the Negombo branch.
• Excellent sales knowledge with an energetic and outgoing personality.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Applicants should be below 40 years of age.
