Job Overview
The Trainee (School Leavers) – Siyapatha Finance position is designed to develop young talent by providing hands-on training in leasing and marketing operations, customer handling, and basic finance knowledge.
Selected candidates will be trained to become future leasing and marketing professionals within Siyapatha Finance PLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leasing and marketing activities under supervision
- Support customer acquisition and relationship building
- Learn finance and leasing products offered by the company
- Participate in field marketing and branch-level operations
- Maintain basic documentation and customer records
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets after training
Eligibility Criteria
- School leavers are strongly encouraged to apply
