Key Responsibilities

• Create new fashion designs, concepts, and range plans
• Prepare technical packs and design-related documents
• Handle fashion projects from concept stage to final sample
• Research:
  • Fashion trends
  • Fabrics
  • Colors
  • Competitor products
• Work closely with production and sampling teams
• Ensure designs meet export market standards and customer requirements
• Maintain design files, timelines, and records properly
• Select suitable:
  • Fabrics
  • Trims
  • Styling details for garments

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Previous experience in the garment or retail fashion industry
• Good understanding of:
  • Garment construction
  • Fits
  • Fabrics
• Proficiency in design software such as:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • Canva
• Good knowledge of current fashion trends and market demands
• Creative mindset with strong styling and design skills
• Familiarity with trend analysis and market research
