Key Responsibilities

• Support the UI/UX team in designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Collaborate with Product, Development, BA, Marketing, and Web teams
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces
• Assist with user research and usability testing activities
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI standards
• Use AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity
• Present and communicate design concepts professionally
• Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing creativity, design thinking, and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency or working knowledge of Figma
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams
• Interest or working knowledge of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Labs
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX fundamentals
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
