Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Promote and sell Industrial Bearings & Power Transmission products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports accurately and on time.
• Provide technical support and product application knowledge to customers.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order execution.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma in Engineering, Sales Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales.
• Basic technical knowledge of Industrial Bearings & Power Transmission products.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Computer literacy with good presentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and report directly to the Sales Manager.
