🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Set and monitor daily/weekly call volumes and collection targets
• 📞 Conduct call quality reviews and provide feedback to agents
• 🤝 Handle complex customer disputes and escalate delinquent accounts
• ⚖️ Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• 📈 Analyze data to improve recovery strategies
• 👥 Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve targets

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• 🧑‍💼 2–5 years experience in call center / collections / debt recovery
• 🎓 Minimum qualification: G.C.E A/L
• 🗣 Strong communication (verbal & written)
• 🤝 Excellent negotiation & conflict resolution skills
• 📊 Analytical and leadership abilities
• 💻 Knowledge of MS Office & call center systems
