🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 👥 Support HR and recruitment activities
• 🗂 Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
• 📧 Handle email communication and digital tools
• 📊 Maintain HR records and office data
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams

🎓 Requirements

• 📚 ‘A’ Grade for at least 1 subject in A/L
• 📖 ‘A’ Grade for English & Maths (O/L)
• 🎓 HR undergraduates are encouraged to apply
• 💼 Prior experience is an added advantage
• 🧠 Good understanding of HR & admin operations (BPO exposure is a plus)
• 💻 Skills in email communication, digital tools & software
• 🗣 Strong communication and administrative skills

⏰ Working Hours

• 🗓 Monday – Friday (Office Based):
  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM OR 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• 🗓 Saturday (Remote):
  • 2 hours (Flexible)
