🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

• 📑 Review and update internal policies based on regulatory changes
• 📊 Conduct compliance reviews and prepare detailed reports
• 🏛 Ensure timely submission of reports to Board & committees
• ⚠️ Submit threshold reports to Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) via AML systems
• 🔍 Perform risk-based process reviews and audits
• 🎓 Develop compliance training programs
• 🧾 Handle customer screening and investigate alerts
• 💻 Support AML-related IT system improvements

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 🧑‍💼
  • 3+ years experience in compliance, OR
  • 2+ years internal audit experience
• ⚖️ Strong knowledge of:
  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations
  • FIU guidelines
  • Financial Consumer Protection regulations
• 💻 Experience with GoAML systems & MS Office
• 🧠 Strong analytical, writing & problem-solving skills
