The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, issuing, recording, and monitoring supplies while ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting efficient stores operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in stores, inventory management, warehousing, or supply-related work will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory record keeping.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work accurately, responsibly, and under pressure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and issue supplies accurately.
- Maintain stock records and update inventory movements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.
- Organize and store supplies properly and safely.
- Assist with stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
- Coordinate with departments and vendors regarding supply requirements.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Support efficient warehouse and stores operations.
- Follow organizational procedures related to inventory control and stock management.
