Job Responsibilities

The Work Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supervising daily construction activities at tank rehabilitation sites
• Ensuring workers follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
• Monitoring material usage, workmanship, and site productivity
• Reporting site progress, issues, and resource requirements to engineers
• Assisting in the measurement of completed works
• Maintaining site discipline and safety compliance
• Supporting project coordination and field supervision activities
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout project execution

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• NCT, Craft Certificate, or equivalent technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
• Adequate knowledge of construction practices and site safety procedures
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising construction or rehabilitation works
• Experience in earthworks, bund strengthening, stone pitching, concrete repairs, sluice works, or canal construction will be preferred
• Good understanding of construction site coordination and supervision
• Ability to work effectively in field environments
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to maintain discipline and ensure workplace safety standards
