Nature of the Position

The post belongs to the Primary Non-Technical Service Category. Employees may be assigned general support and sanitation-related duties as required by the institution.

Key Service Conditions

• Appointed candidates must complete:
  • 03-year probation period
  • Required efficiency bar examinations
• Candidates must acquire required official language proficiency under government circular provisions.
• Appointees must serve a minimum of:
  • 03 years in the first duty station unless transferred by appointing authority.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination in:
  • Not more than two sittings
  • With 06 subjects including:
    • 02 credit passes minimum

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should:

• Be Sri Lankan citizens
• Possess good character
• Be physically and mentally fit for duties anywhere in Sri Lanka
• Fulfill all qualifications on or before the application closing date

Age Limit

Applicants must be:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 45 years

📌 Existing permanent pensionable government employees are exempt from the upper age limit.
