Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• LMS / SMS / SIS technical support and coordination
• Website management using WordPress
• End-user IT support:
  • Helpdesk support
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Software troubleshooting
• Server, network, and infrastructure administration
• IT operations and security management

Required Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Related field
• Minimum 2 years of IT industry experience
• Familiarity with LMS/SMS/SIS platforms
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • PC/Laptop troubleshooting
  • Hardware and software support
• Basic to intermediate Linux server administration knowledge:
  • Ubuntu
  • CentOS
• Networking fundamentals knowledge including:
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • LAN/WAN
  • IP addressing
  • Basic routing
• Experience with WordPress website management:
  • Content updates
  • Plugins
  • Themes
  • Security
  • Uptime management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
