Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store keeping or inventory management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of receiving, issuing, and controlling construction materials.
• Experience using the SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Issue construction materials according to site requirements and company procedures.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safety standards within the site store.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining efficient material availability.
• Support effective inventory control and store operations.
