🎯 Job Overview

This role focuses on implementing and managing In-Building Solutions (IBS) including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) while ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction 🚀

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project delivery within quality and budget standards
• Manage implementation of DAS / BTS systems in IBS sites
• Execute DAS rectification and troubleshooting activities 🔧
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Drive internal & external customer satisfaction
• Support digitalization and system improvements
• Operate and maintain relevant web-based systems

🎓 Requirements

• Qualification: NDT / NDES / HNDE or equivalent in Electronics / Telecommunications 🎓
• 1–2 years experience in a similar telecom role
• Experience in Micro & Pico BTS installation/commissioning (added advantage)
• Knowledge of DAS troubleshooting tools & project management techniques
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills 💬
• Fluent in English & Sinhala (written & verbal)
