Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university specializing in Business Management, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or a related field
- Diploma in Treasury Operations (Certificate Program in Treasury and Foreign Exchange Operations is mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Comprehensive knowledge of treasury functions, financial market operations and liquidity management
- Sound understanding of banking regulations, guidelines and policies related to Treasury and Asset & Liability Management (ALM)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage liquidity and cash management and fund management
- Oversee investment portfolio management
- Execute funding lines
- Handle duties related to ALCO and Investment Committee meetings
- Lead performance and manage the treasury team effectively
Required Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to drive performance and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver business objectives
