Organization Overview
The Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development is the Sri Lankan government ministry responsible for national transport, highways and urban development, implementing major projects such as the Central Expressway, the Integrated Road Investment Program and the Kandy Multimodal Transport Terminal in partnership with the Road Development Authority.
