Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably within the financial services sector
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to Licensed Finance Companies / NBFIs
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA or equivalent are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Audit function and define audit strategy aligned with business objectives
- Develop the annual IT audit plan and contribute to the overall audit strategy
- Plan, execute and oversee IT audits including ITGC, cybersecurity and risk assessments
- Identify control gaps and recommend improvements, ensuring robust IT governance
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and the Audit Committee
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Mentor and manage the IT audit team, fostering growth and high performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen IT risk management and governance
