Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field
- Full or part qualified CA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting and auditing
- Familiarity with taxation, financial regulations and compliance
- Age below 30 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly management accounts, annual financial statements and management reports in a timely manner
- Monitor the finance department’s daily transactions and monthly reconciliations, and be responsible for month-end closure
- Coordinate with external auditors and complete the annual audit process
- Arrange timely tax payments and submit returns (VAT / SVAT / SSCL / APIT)
- Prepare ad-hoc reports
Required Skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary of LKR 180,000 (negotiable)
