Senior Lead (Digital Platforms)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and drive digital platform initiatives, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business and customer needs. The role will play a key part in bridging business requirements and technical execution while shaping innovative digital product strategies.

The role oversees a suite of digital platforms including customer self‑service portals, mobile applications, enterprise workflow systems, and internal digital enablement tools. This includes driving the evolution, scalability, and integration of these platforms to support business growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.

This position requires end-to-end ownership of digital solutions, stakeholder engagement across multiple business units, and driving product innovation to enhance customer experience.

The Job

• Lead cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and development teams, to deliver platform solutions aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market initiatives for digital platforms.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, development, to launch and optimization.
• Conduct feasibility studies considering cost, quality, timelines, and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, vendors) to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead process improvements, requirement validations, and business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Oversee product performance, scaling strategies, and monetization opportunities for digital platforms.

The Person

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in digital platform delivery, product management, or IT project environments
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle and cross-functional teams

• Strong product management and digital strategy expertise
• Experience working in Agile environments with stakeholder engagement across business units
• Solid understanding of user journeys, value chains, and business transformation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments
