Job Description

Richard Pieris & Company PLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join their Commercial Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for procurement coordination, supplier management, sourcing activities, and commercial operations while ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Monitor:
  • Market trends
  • Procurement costs
  • Cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure contract, policy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and maintain procurement records and reports.
• Identify supply chain risks and support operational continuity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or professional qualification in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Business Management
  • Related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement or commercial operations.
• Experience in large-scale organizations will be an added advantage.
• Strong:
  • Negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Reporting skills
• Proficiency in:
  • ERP systems
  • MS Office applications
