Assistant Manager – Operations (Outdoor Advertising)

Job Description

Richardson Outdoor is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join its Outdoor Operations Team. The selected candidate will oversee operational activities related to installation, maintenance, and management of outdoor advertising structures and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and issue work orders for installation, repair, and maintenance of outdoor advertising structures.
• Supervise projects involving:
  • Bus shelters
  • Hoardings
  • Billboards
  • Gantries
  • Street name boards
• Ensure projects are completed:
  • On time
  • Within budget
  • According to required specifications
• Coordinate approvals with:
  • Local councils
  • Government authorities
• Carry out monthly maintenance of assigned advertising assets.
• Manage operation and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Handle new project installations and operational activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • NCT qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
• Experience in:
  • Outdoor advertising
  • Construction
  • Infrastructure projects
    will be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand and interpret structural drawings.
• Strong:
  • Project management skills
  • Communication skills
• Experience handling:
  • Budgets
  • Maintenance operations
  • Contractors and stakeholders
• Willingness to work on-site and extended hours including night shifts when required.
