The company is currently looking for energetic and technically skilled individuals for the position of Assistant Engineer – ETAC (Outsourced).

Job Role

The Assistant Engineer – ETAC will be responsible for:

• 24/7 complaint handling from enterprise customers
• Ensuring timely acknowledgment and resolution within SLA
• Conducting first-level complaint analysis
• Coordinating with internal teams and vendors
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Generating reports and tracking complaint trends
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in:
  • Telecommunications
  • Information Technology
  • Networking
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to analyze logs, trace issues, and resolve technical faults
• Exposure to:
  • Cloud platforms
  • Virtualized environments
• Basic understanding of:
  • TCP/IP

  • Firewalls
  • Networking protocols and services
• Ability to handle customer requirements with urgency and professionalism
• Understanding of:
