Procurement Executive / Procurement Officer

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing overall procurement operations related to both medical and non-medical procurement activities to ensure the smooth functioning of hospital operations and timely follow-up on deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient procurement operations for:
  • Medical supplies
  • Non-medical supplies
• Support the smooth running of hospital procurement activities.
• Follow up on supplier deliveries and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain procurement documentation and records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional qualification in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Stores Management
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
  • Medical procurement
  • Non-medical procurement
• Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Age between 25 – 35 years.
