Job Description

Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited, part of the global Allianz Group, is looking for a talented professional to support the Marketing team in executing communications strategies and digital marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, brand communication, and ensuring smooth operation of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage internal and external communication campaigns and activities
• Ensure all communications align with the organization’s brand voice and messaging
• Carry out mobile phone-based social media shoots for company platforms
• Deliver high-quality communication plans using established processes and tools
• Manage internal and external crisis communication activities to protect brand reputation
• Organize local and international events as required
• Handle translation requirements with fluency in at least two languages

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree from a recognized university specializing in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
• 1–2 years of experience in planning and executing internal and external communications
• Excellent command of at least two languages
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Good communication, coordination, and creative skills
