Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Age above 40 years preferred
• Experience in hospital operations or supervisory roles will be an advantage
• Background in military or police service is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and coordination experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities during assigned shifts
• Coordinate with nursing, administrative, and support service teams
• Ensure smooth patient flow and handle operational inquiries
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and operational compliance
• Manage and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Escalate critical matters when necessary
• Prepare and submit shift-based operational reports
