Job Description

Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is looking for a responsible and proactive Duty Officer to oversee and coordinate operational activities within the hospital environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth patient flow, staff coordination, and operational efficiency during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities during assigned shifts
• Coordinate with nursing, administrative, and support service teams
• Ensure smooth patient flow and handle inquiries
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and compliance
• Manage operational issues and escalate when required
• Prepare and submit shift reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• GCE A/L or equivalent qualification
• Experience in hospital operations or similar supervisory role is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on a shift basis
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Army or Police is an added advantage
