Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Age above 40 years preferred
- Experience in hospital operations or supervisory roles will be an advantage
- Background in military or police service is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and coordination experience
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities during assigned shifts
- Coordinate with nursing, administrative, and support service teams
- Ensure smooth patient flow and handle operational inquiries
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and operational compliance
- Manage and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Escalate critical matters when necessary
- Prepare and submit shift-based operational reports
