Job Description

Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited, a subsidiary of Allianz SE Germany, is looking for a capable Junior Executive to manage non-motor insurance claims. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling claims processes, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle non-motor insurance claims accurately and efficiently
• Prepare clear and professional documentation and reports
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Negotiate claims and resolve issues within agreed timelines
• Support team members with ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Insurance, Business Management, or a related field
• Fair knowledge of general insurance
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good understanding of agreements, outsourcing, and third-party risk
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English
• Strong time management and organizational skills
