Job Description

As a Junior Associate in Logistic Exports, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing logistics operations. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure smooth shipment processes.

This role offers great exposure to international logistics, export handling, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations with stakeholders and suppliers
• Coordinate inbound traffic (sea, air, and road) while optimizing costs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Resolve shipment planning and operational issues proactively
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate logistics data and coordinate documentation processes
• Ensure all shipment-related documentation is completed on time

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or related field
• Experience in BPO or apparel sector is an added advantage
• GCE O/L (6 passes including Mathematics & English)
• GCE A/L with minimum 3 passes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
