Job Description

Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited, a subsidiary of Allianz SE Germany, is looking for an experienced Senior Claims Handler to oversee litigated claims and protect the company’s legal and compliance interests. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing claims processes, preparing legal documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigated third-party and own-damage insurance claims
• Draft pleadings and prepare legal documentation
• Negotiate settlements and represent the company in court and arbitration matters
• Coordinate with lawyers, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate claims records, reports, and ensure timely payments

Qualifications & Experience

• Knowledge of insurance litigation and court procedures
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
