Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Liaise and represent the company with external auditors and banking institutions.
• Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance processes.
• Maintain strong adherence to accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Analyze financial data to support management decision-making.
• Oversee accounting operations for both Talalla and Tangalle properties.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational & Professional Qualifications

Candidates should possess one or more of the following:

• Partly or fully qualified in:
  • CIMA
  • CA Sri Lanka
• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Accountancy
  • Finance
  • Management
  • Or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance position.
• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Age between 40–60 years
