Key Responsibilities

Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in:
- Banking
- Finance
- Financial services operations
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in team supervision and staff performance management
- Strong knowledge of:

- Credit evaluation
- Mortgage and property financing strategies
- Ability to manage customer service standards and target achievement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Good understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with banking systems and MS Office applications
- Leadership skills with staff training and development capabilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Professional Qualifications
- IBSL qualification, Degree, or Diploma in:
- Banking
- Finance
- Business Management
- Or a related field
- Professional qualifications in Management or Banking will be considered an added advantage.
