📖 Job Description

St. Anthony’s Hardware (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka’s leading conglomerates, is seeking a result-oriented Sales Manager to handle project sales and client relationship management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive project sales to achieve company targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers
  • Oversee project-related sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for management
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and objectives
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and bids
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints related to projects and sales

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔️ Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or project management
  • Experience in B2B sales and large-scale project handling (preferred)
  • Experience in hardware, building materials, or related industries is an advantage

✔️ Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities

✔️ Educational Requirements

  • Full or part qualification in SLIM / CIM or equivalent
