Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing audit and assurance engagements
• Supervising and guiding audit teams
• Supporting staff training and development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with Sri Lanka Auditing and Accounting Standards
• Maintaining effective client communication and professional relationships

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Membership or passed finalist status of CA Sri Lanka
• Minimum 3 years of practical training at a reputed audit firm
• At least 1 year of managerial-level experience
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka Auditing and Accounting Standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Age below 35 years
