Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualifying experience in the banking or financial services sector promoting financial products and services.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
- Proven experience in relationship management, customer acquisition, and portfolio management.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve business targets.
- Experience working in highly target-driven environments.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new client relationships and manage assigned Elite Circle customer portfolios.
- Achieve business objectives in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines and performance targets.
- Meet financial budgets, customer service standards, and operational requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service quality.
- Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective action where necessary.
- Expand client portfolios by canvassing and onboarding new customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Deliver superior customer service across all customer interactions.
- Process operational activities in accordance with Elite Circle Banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the key liaison between customers and relevant support service units within the Bank.
