The selected candidate will lead regional sales operations, manage branch performance, and drive business growth while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve targets
• ✔ Develop and implement effective sales strategies 📈
• ✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
• ✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• ✔ Oversee branch operations and ensure service quality
• ✔ Monitor team performance and provide leadership guidance
• ✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

👤 Requirements

• 📅 5–10 years experience in financial services sector
• 📊 Proven track record in sales and branch/team management
• 👥 Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• 🌐 Good command of English and Tamil (Sinhala is an advantage)
• 📍 Resident of Jaffna or willing to relocate
• 🎓 Degree/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field (added advantage)
• 🎯 Ability to meet operational and business demands
• 🔞 Candidates below 40 years preferred
