Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university or professional institute.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Rollout position is advantageous.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and technical capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to project objectives.
• Lead and manage project teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Manage project costs and schedules throughout all project phases.
• Conduct project risk assessment, tracking, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Deliver projects according to approved plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with technical staff and cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Monitor and control overall project execution performance.
• Optimize resource allocation and maximize resource utilization.
• Ensure efficient use of project resources while maintaining high team engagement.
• Resolve day-to-day project challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
