Job Overview

The Project Coordinator will manage site survey coordination, technical reporting, BOQ preparation, stakeholder communication, and project tracking activities while supporting telecom project execution teams.

Job Profile

• Plan and coordinate site surveys in alignment with IM and ASP survey allocations
• Coordinate with internal and customer project teams to identify and resolve on-site survey issues
• Liaise with customer teams (AP, PSP, Civil) to review technical requirements and close survey findings
• Review, prepare, and manage Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) including comments and updates
• Create Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for survey sites
• Submit TSSR via Workhub and track approval status
• Update TSSR comments and provide feedback to ASPs, Project Teams, and UAT Teams
• Request and manage Change Requests (CR) for additional scope or services
• Share material inputs and survey-related requirements with Material Planners and Project Teams
• Maintain accurate survey trackers and provide regular progress/status updates

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with site survey activities, TSSR, BOQ, and CR processes
• Familiarity with ERP, Workhub, or similar systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges
