🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage payroll operations for staff
• Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate records
• Handle statutory payments such as:
  • EPF
  • ETF
  • PAYE
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Address employee payroll-related inquiries
• Maintain attendance records across shifts and payment structures

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in payroll processing
• Knowledge of HRIS / HRM systems
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in:
  • MS Excel
