Qualifications & Experience

• Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply.
• Age between 24 and 45 years.
• Basic knowledge of pawn shop operations will be an advantage.
• Experience in retail operations or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pawn shop.
• Evaluate and appraise pawn items based on their condition and market value.
• Process pawn loans, renewals, redemptions, and purchases accurately.
• Monitor and control pawned and retail inventory while maintaining accurate records.
• Supervise and guide staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
