Job Description
Habib Bank Limited is looking for a capable and experienced banking professional to manage centralized operational activities and general administration functions. The selected candidate will support operational processing, compliance activities, vendor coordination, reporting, and administrative operations within a structured banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process:
- Account opening documentation
- Account maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and AML/CFT requirements.
- Coordinate with branches on operational matters and issue resolution.
- Manage custody and reconciliation of stocks and vendor-related documentation.
- Respond to compliance queries and regulatory orders.
- Prepare and submit regulatory correspondence and reports.
- Oversee:
- Procurement activities
- Vendor management
- Outsourcing processes
- Record retention procedures
- Act as backup for General Administration and premises security functions.
- Submit MIS reports and operational reports on time.
- Review and revise operational policies and procedure manuals periodically.
- Prepare and process payment memos while ensuring timely vendor settlements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Branch Operations
- Back-office Operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and operational coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced banking environment.
Preferred Skills
- Banking operations and compliance knowledge
- AML/CFT operational understanding
- Vendor and procurement coordination experience
- Report preparation and MIS management
- Administrative and operational process management
