ESOL College International is seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to join their marketing team at the Pannipitiya location.

Role Overview

• Employment Type: Full-Time.

• Primary Objective: To handle the entire content-creation process, from capturing raw footage to delivering polished videos and engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Videography & Photography: Planning and executing shoots for campus events, student life, and marketing materials.

• Video Editing: Transforming raw footage into high-quality promotional videos, reels, and social media clips.

• Motion Graphics: Creating animated logos, text animations, and engaging graphics for digital advertisements.

• Asset Management: Organizing and maintaining a digital library of photos, videos, and graphics.

• Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute multimedia projects that strengthen brand identity.

Requirements

• Education: A Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Film, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Pro.

  • Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects.

  • Photo Editing: Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

  • Equipment: Familiarity with camera operation and professional equipment.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video production and motion graphics work is essential.
