Role Profile

• Liaising with the Sales and Marketing teams on identifying market risks and opportunities and partnering with the business stakeholders on deriving suitable plans in response
• Responsible for conducting the Pre-Demand Review Meeting, Demand Review Meeting, Sales, and Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting and a participant in the Activity planning and Supply Review Meeting with Local Supply Sites
• Preparation of Primary and Secondary sales performance through ERP system access and assisting in analysis of brand /sales performance as required
• Working with the supply chain planners and customer service & logistics team on the timely availability of stocks at distribution centres for commercial invoicing
• Providing inputs to the regional Demand/Supply Teams on the Sri Lanka market performance and partnering with them for continuous improvement in the Sales and Operational Planning Process
• Monthly report of supply chain KPI’s into QSC systems and circulate to the above countries as part of the KPI monitoring process. To know about the key responsibilities and apply for this role.

Personal Profile

• Degree from a recognised university or possess a professional qualification in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain/Procurement Management
• At least 2 years of Industrial experience preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry in a logistics-related function.
• Able to demonstrate sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data analysis, charts)
• Working knowledge of Power BI (PBI) is essential (Dashboard creation, data visualisation, basic DAX preferred)
• Should be creative and possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Supply Chain Concepts – Demand Processes, Forecasting, Logistics & Supply Planning

The successful candidate will be under an outsourced service agreement for the stipulated period, subject to renewal.
