📖 Job Description

Asset Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a CS1 graded and ISO-certified company, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in tendering and estimation. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, analyzing project costs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate and competitive tender submissions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

📊 Tender Preparation

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and documents for tender submissions
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and suppliers for pricing

💰 Cost Estimation

• Prepare detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, plant, subcontractors)
• Evaluate and manage risk elements in tenders

🤝 Vendor / Subcontractor Coordination

• Obtain quotations and negotiate competitive pricing
• Evaluate bids and supplier terms

📑 Documentation & Submission

• Compile and submit complete tender documentation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements

📌 Tender Process Management

• Attend pre- and post-tender meetings
• Respond to clarifications and queries
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking
• Review tenders before final submission

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying

🧑‍💼 Experience

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong exposure to tendering / estimation

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and numerical skills 📊
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials & regulations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
