Araliya Group is looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, procurement processes, and contract-related tasks. The role involves working closely with engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and timely project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

🧑‍🎓 Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or recognized qualification (NDT / NCT / HND in related field)

🧑‍💼 Experience

• 2–3 years post-qualifying experience
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or hospitality projects preferred

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation software
• Strong financial and procurement knowledge 💰
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good coordination and communication skills 🤝

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost plans
• Evaluate contractor quotations and supplier pricing
• Conduct site measurements and prepare IPC (Interim Payment Certificates)
• Assess variation orders and manage payments
• Handle material disputes and contract-related matters
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to optimize project costs
