🧾 Key Responsibilities

• 🧪 Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately
• 🔬 Process and analyze patient samples following standard procedures
• 📋 Maintain quality control, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• 🛡️ Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
• 🤝 Coordinate with pathologists, clinicians, and healthcare staff

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements

• ✔ Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• ✔ SLMC Registered qualification (Mandatory)
• ✔ Minimum 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience
• ✔ Knowledge in:
  • Hematology
  • Biochemistry
  • Microbiology
  • Histopathology (as applicable)
• ✔ Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
