Job Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report sales performance, KPIs, and S&OP metrics
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (targets vs achievements)
• Develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
• Analyze data trends and provide business insights
• Support Sales & Marketing teams with data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and analytics teams
• Conduct field visits and distributor audits to validate data

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Business, Statistics, or related field
• Experience in sales support / MIS / operations (FMCG preferred)
• Strong skills in:
  • Advanced Excel (Dashboards, Functions)
  • Power BI
  • SAP / SQL / Python (added advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Age preferably below 30 years
