The Production Executive will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure raw material (RM/PM) availability for daily production
• Manage material & energy reconciliation in the section
• Achieve production KPIs and targets
• Organize workforce for process efficiency and productivity improvement
• Maintain GMP standards and compliance with ISO, SLS, AIB, HACCP, QAS
• Develop team members and support career growth initiatives
• Generate reports and provide management insights
• Handle machine breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance
• Execute production transactions in SAP and manual systems
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in breakdown & preventive maintenance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team player with problem-solving ability
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in shift operations
• Age preferably below 35 years
